Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Where a product page provides a separate dispatch schedule, please refer to that information.
Delivery method and estimated transit time
We mainly use YANWEN for international shipping. Parcels may be handed over to a local carrier for final delivery. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Delivery to Japan and South Korea is estimated to take 7–14 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include order processing time.
These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee an arrival date. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, epidemics or public-health measures may cause delays.
For other destinations, estimated delivery times vary by destination and product. Please contact us before ordering for shipping availability and delivery information.
Shipping destinations and charges
Japan
Japan, excluding Hokkaido, Kagoshima and Okinawa: JPY 800. Free shipping on orders of JPY 5,000 or more.
Hokkaido, Kagoshima and Okinawa: JPY 3,100. Free shipping on orders of JPY 12,001 or more; JPY 3,100 applies to orders of JPY 12,000 or less.
South Korea
KRW 6,000. Free shipping on orders of KRW 90,001 or more; KRW 6,000 applies to orders of KRW 90,000 or less.
